Paul McCartney has a new album coming October 14th (UK) and October 15th (US). Entitled New, it’s a return to form pop album, his first original album since 2007. More details in the coming weeks. And… on a related note, Yoko Ono has three albums coming out in September. Take Me To The Land Of Hell is the latest offering from Yoko Ono & Plastic Ono Band (with son Sean), coming September 17th (HERE). And two other projects are being released on September 3rd (as limited edition, vinyl-only releases): Greenfield Morning by RZA & Yoko Ono, features three tracks (“Greenfield Morning,” “Seed Of Joy” & “Life Is A Struggle”) recorded live in Los Angeles in 2010. Limited to 1000 copies on 10″ vinyl and gettable at Amazon, (HERE). Also… Chimera Music Release 15 by Iggy Pop & Yoko Ono (HERE) another Limited Edition 10″ recorded live in LA, which includes “Waiting For The D Train” and a studio recording of Iggy covering Yoko’s “I’m Going Away Smiling,” (from his 2012 Apres LP).
